Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
